FAQ exhibitors

All exhibitors and guests have 400 free parking spaces available in front of the location. For Saturday we would like to ask you to park close to the building only during the phase of unloading and to move the vehicles afterwards, so that the others also have the possibilities to unload their material.

For all days, there will be parking signs so that you can easily find a suitable place for your car.

However, due to the good number of visitors, there may be a shortage of parking spaces at short notice, as the areas in front of the location are limited. Therefore, we recommend that you use our shuttle service to get there.

We offer special deals for your accommodation. Take advantage of our local partner hotels - we guarantee you THE SHOW advantage price. You can find the selection of our six partner hotels, where also among other things the shuttle points are for a smooth arrival, here.

The delivery of the stand materials is possible from 29.09. to 30.09. in the time window from 10:00 to 16:00, as well as on 01.10 from 07 - 11 o'clock. Please make sure that the materials are shipped well and safely by the carrier as well as sufficient labeling. In addition to your company data and the stand number, please label the delivery(s) with the following note:

The goods can be picked up on 03.10. from 16 to 19 o'clock, as well as on 04.10., in the time from 10 to 16 o'clock.

The unpacking of your supplies and materials as well as the setup of the stands will take place on Saturday, 01.10.2022 in the time from 07:00 - 11:30. If you need more time for the setup, please contact Christian Halm (c.halm@the-show.online) for an individual coordination.

The daily setup of the stands during the event is possible from 8:00 in the morning.

How can I store our packaging materials?

If you need a storage facility for packaging materials (in limited form), please contact Christian Halm or Nadine Hahn on site. A suitable room in the backup area will then be made available to you. Here, too, please make sure that there is sufficient labeling.

THE SHOW 2022 will take place this year from 01-03 October 2022 at Schuppen 52.

The opening hours are as follows:

Saturday, 01.10.2022 from 12:00 - 21:00 (exhibitor party until 24:00 in the location).

Sunday, the 02.10.2022 from 10:00 - 18:00 clock

Monday, the 03.10.2022 from 10:00 - 16:00 o'clock

There is also an exhibition counter in the entrance area, which will be manned during the event. If you have any acute questions, please do not hesitate to contact your colleagues on site and they will help you immediately.

On site, you will identify yourself with your name badge (if applicable, your company's own name badge) and the name badge of THE SHOW. Access to the area is only possible with a valid exhibitor pass. This applies to possible set-up personnel as well as to the booth crew. Please always wear your name badges in a clearly visible position and present them upon request. Please register all participants in time for THE SHOW by 15.09.2022. The exhibitor badges will then be brought to your booth by Nadine Hahn and Daniel Knops on Saturday, 01.10.2022. You do not have to pick up your name badges yourself.


In order to facilitate your stand preparations, we have set up a web store. This offers all exhibitors the opportunity to define and order equipment modules such as safes, furniture or floral decorations. Stand catering can also be ordered via the webshop. To log in, you will need the customer ID that all exhibitors have received by e-mail.

A selected florist will take care of plant and flower decorations for a high-quality and uniform stand look.

Own goods and flowers can be brought only after consultation. Please contact Nadine Hahn for this purpose.

Please remember to order your vault and flower arrangements in time. Orders can only be accepted until 09/15. 

On-site catering will be provided for your convenience throughout the duration of the event. All guests also have the opportunity to purchase hot and cold food and drinks in the catering area. Important: Payment will be made exclusively without cash. You are welcome to use credit cards, EC cards as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

For stand catering at your trade show stand, the order is placed - as described above - via the webshop. 

Benefit from professional event-related communication, ranging from press relations and the trade show catalog to ads in trade magazines, placement of your exhibitor news on the homepage and social media.

SHOW Opening Party including business meetings on 01.10.2022

Great fashion show, band, dance and business meetings in a relaxed atmosphere with selected food and drinks - that's what the Opening Party by THE SHOW 2022 is for. The booth line-up goes until 9:30 pm on this day. From 7:00 p.m. you can enjoy food & drinks with your customers and from 9:30 p.m. until midnight you can conquer the dance floor.

Schmuckstars Gala on Sunday, the 02.10.2022

On Sunday, 02.10., high above the rooftops of Hamburg on the 23rd floor of the Emporio Tower, the exclusive, limited Schmuckstars Gala including Dinner in the Sky by the renowned VLET Restaurant will take place from 19:30.

To reach the gala, there are various shuttle offers to get from Schuppen 52 to the partner hotels and from there to the gala afterwards.
