The “Peony Princess” collection pays homage to the legends surrounding this flowering plant. According to a Greek myth, a nymph named Paeonia captured the amorous interest of the god Apollo. His advances caused her to blush and she transformed into a pink peony. Paeonia blooms in all her divine beauty in Hamburg, where her chaste loveliness is further enhanced by 314 rubies and 1,196 diamonds set in 750 white gold.
